Return Policy
We do not return items bought by mistake. Please be aware of what you purchase. If you have questions about the item please email us before purchasing.
If an item was received damaged you can contact us through email. This will allow the claim process to start with the shipping services. Any damages on items should be reported to us within 3 days of delivery, failure to do so might result in denied return request.
You have up to 7 days to request a return under certain circumstances.
We do NOT accept returns on opened items. Once the item is opened it is no longer eligible for a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be aware that if the package is opened we can no longer except a return.
Exceptions
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If you received the incorrect item, please email us a picture of the item received, original packaging, and label. We will then review the order details and communicate about a return.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges for another item. If you would like another item, you may purchase that item in a new transaction.
Refunds
If there is an exception to our policy due to a matter on our end, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. The we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
